Ticket Refunds
Handle refunds to ticket buyers.

Follow these steps to master ticket refunds. Each step includes detailed instructions and screenshots.

Go to Refund Start
Click "Refund" in the menu to start a refund process.
Click to zoom

Find Order
Search for the order to be refunded using order number, customer email, or name.

Select Refund Amount
Choose whether to refund the full amount or a partial amount. The system shows the maximum refundable amount.

Confirm Refund
Confirm the refund. The money will be automatically sent to the customer's payment card. The customer receives a confirmation email.
